IMX307 LQD-C is a diagonal 6.46mm (1/2.8 type) CMOS active pixel type solid-state image sensor with a square pixel array and 2.13M effective pixels. The chip works with analog 2.9V, Digita 1.2V, and interface 1.8V triple power supply, with low power consumption. High sensitivity, low dark current, and no smearing effect can be obtained by using three color mosaics of R, G, and B. Filters.
