Camera introduction
The structure of the camera module is roughly as follows:
Working principle of módulo de câmera: The optical image signal generated by the scene through the lens is projected to the surface of the image sensor. The sensor photosensitive pixels are converted into electrical signals, and the A/D digital-analog signal of the image sensor is converted into a digital image signal, and the image is processed on the display screen.
The structure from top to bottom is lens lens, voice coil motor VCM, filter IR/ blue glass BG, Bracket bracket, photosensitive chip sensor, printed circuit board PCB, connector and SMT carrying components.
The main function of lens is to concentrate light, so that the optical fiber passing through the lens can concentrate on the sensitive chip.
VCM is used on the AF module to focus, that is, to move the lens to the best point of clarity;
IR/BG is mainly used for light filtering. IR filters light by coating, BG filters light by absorbing light energy.
The Bracket is used to support the loading of VCM and lens, the upper surface groove is mounted with IR, and the inner cavity holds sensor+ capacitor +driver IC and other components;
The sensor collects light and converts it into electrical signal output.
PCB is used to transmit photoelectric signal to sensor to reduce the noise in the signal;
According to the Auto focus or not can be divided into AF(Auto focus) module and FF(Fixed focus) module; According to the package can be divided into CSP module and COB module (in addition to ACF, flipchip, etc.); According to the connection mode, it can be divided into BTB(board to board), GF(golden finger), Reflow; Others are PDAF module, OIS module, double shot, three shot, TOF and so on.
The process flow of camera in the module factory is roughly divided into:camera Incoming material inspection, SMT(mount Connector/driver-IC and other components on the PCB surface), COB(Assemble sensor/VCM/Lens/bracket on the PCB), EOL(focus, calibration, burning and other operations), shipping inspection.
