IMX335LLN Diagonal 6.52 mm (Type 1 / 2.8) CMOS Camera Solid State Image Sensor

IMX335LLN is a diagonal 6.52mm (1/2.8 type) CMOS active pixel type solid-state image sensor with a square pixel array and 5.14m effective pixels. The chip uses a triple power supply of analog 2.9V, digital 1.2V and interface 1.8V, and has low power consumption. High sensitivity, low dark current and no tailing are achieved. The chip has an electronic shutter with variable charge integration time. (Application: surveillance cameras, FA cameras, industrial cameras)
